Overcoming Growth Hurdles

There are revenue hurdles we face as drycleaning business owners.
 
For some reason, the top-line revenue hurdles come in 1s, 3s and 5s.

Why do you get stuck at each of these levels?
 
For one of two reasons – 

1. there is an obstacle in your way. You can’t grow past your current level unless you move the obstacle in front of you.
2. you have not developed the capabilities needed to reach a higher level of revenue.

 
How can you bust through your current level of revenue?
 

1. understand that you are likely the obstacle. Get out of managing daily operations and start working on your business!
2. acquire a competitor to quickly get over the hurdle
3. develop new capabilities. Especially direct response marketing strategies and tactics.
